Privacy

Last updated July 29, 2026

Sunright Solutions runs this site with privacy as a default, not an afterthought. We use our own lightweight, cookieless analytics to understand how our pages perform. We don’t use advertising trackers, we don’t sell data, and we don’t build profiles of individual visitors.

What we measure

To see how pages perform, we record aggregate events such as:

  • Page views, how far down a page people scroll, and time spent while the tab is visible.
  • Clicks on buttons and links — identified by their label or purpose, never by anything you type.
  • QR-code scans and short-link visits, tied to the campaign, not to you.
  • Coarse technical details from your browser: device type, operating system, browser, and a two-letter language.
  • The website that referred you, stored as a bare domain only (for example example.com) — never the full address or its query.

What we deliberately do not collect

  • No cookies and nothing stored on your device — no tracking IDs in your browser.
  • No IP address is ever saved (see how counting works, below).
  • No precise or approximate location — we don’t collect country, region, or city.
  • No device fingerprinting and no tracking of you across days or across other websites.
  • No names, emails, or other personal details from browsing — we only receive those if you choose to send them to us.

How we count visitors without identifying you

To estimate unique visitors, we generate a one-way code from a rotating daily secret combined with your network address and browser. The network address is used only for that instant to compute the code and is then discarded — it is never stored. Because the daily secret changes every day, the code cannot be linked back to you and cannot follow you from one day to the next.

Services we rely on

  • Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless, aggregate traffic analytics.
  • Supabase stores our first-party event records in a United States database.
  • Resend delivers email only when there’s a reason to email you (for example, a reply to a message you send us).

A note on the Pack the Mack event page

The Pack the Mack page supports a community event that involves families and children. We intentionally keep its data collection minimal — no location, no cookies, no personal identifiers — so the page can be shared widely without gathering information about the people who view it.

Retention and your choices

We keep event records only as long as they’re useful for understanding how the site performs, and we work with the minimum data needed. Because we don’t use cookies or store identifiers, there’s nothing to opt out of in your browser. If you’ve contacted us and want your message and details removed, just ask.
